Pervyshov’s direct speech: “On the night of December 3, a fire broke out at an oil depot in the Tambov region after the wreckage of an unmanned aerial vehicle fell… Fire brigades and representatives of law enforcement agencies promptly arrived at the scene. All necessary forces and means were involved.”

Direct speech of Gusev: “Four unmanned aerial vehicles were detected and destroyed in the sky over Voronezh and in two regions of the region… There were no casualties. In one of the regions, several fuel tanks were slightly damaged as a result of the downed UAV falling. There was no ignition.”
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that air defense systems allegedly intercepted and destroyed 102 Ukrainian drones. In particular, 26 drones were allegedly shot down over the Belgorod region, 22 over the Bryansk region, 21 over the Kursk region, 16 over the Rostov region, 7 over the Astrakhan region, 6 over the Saratov region, and 4 over the Voronezh region of the Russian Federation.
