30-year-old Ukrainian heavyweight Vladyslav Sirenko assessed Oleksandr Usyk’s decision to hold a fight with former WBC champion Deotnay Wilder in 2026.
“In my opinion, this fight from the sports component will be a mismatch. Deontay Wilder only has one shot. But Oleksandr has a whole range of skills.
Perhaps this fight will be interesting only from a commercial point of view,” added the Ukrainian.
Previously, the WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight title holder (over 90.7 kg) Oleksandr Usyk (24–0, 15 KOs) talked about his plans and admitted when he intends to end his professional career. The boxer recently made the WBO title vacant and lost the status of absolute world champion.
