Details: According to the decree, “until September 14, 2026 inclusive, citizens of the PRC have the right to enter the Russian Federation and stay in Russia for no more than 30 days on a guest or business visit, as tourists, to participate in scientific, cultural, socio-political, economic, sports events, as well as to transit through the Russian Federation and leave the Russian Federation without obtaining visas on the basis of an ordinary passport of a citizen of the PRC.”
