According to the data of the combined hydrometeorological station of Kyiv, the average monthly air temperature in November exceeded the climatic norm by 3.6°C.
It is noted that this year’s November became the fourth warmest in the capital since the beginning of observations.
The coldest was November 20, when the minimum temperature dropped to -2.9°C in the morning. The warmest was November 3, when the maximum temperature rose to +15.3°С. 41 mm of precipitation fell on Nauka Avenue, or 89% of the monthly norm, the observatory added.
Fog and dangerous weather will cover Kyiv and the region – UkrHMC.
Also in the Ukrhydrometeorological center hinted for a warm start to winter in December 2025.
