Rescuers showed how in Vyshhorod, Kyiv region, they neutralize a damaged enemy drone with cluster ammunition, which remained on the roof of a high-rise building and could explode.

Literally State Emergency Service: “During the night enemy attack on the city, one of the Russian drones hit the roof of a high-rise building, but fortunately, it did not explode.

As a result, the damaged drone itself, its warhead, and 21 cluster ammunition remained on the roof. Another dangerous “cassette” was in the yard of the house.

All these explosive objects posed a critical threat to the residents of the residential complex, as the cassette elements are equipped with self-destructors and could explode at any moment.”

Details: According to the rescuers, in order to neutralize the dangerous object, the site was fenced off, and the residents of the upper floors were evacuated.

Unmanned aerial vehicles and a multifunctional robot were used to destroy the drone and the cassettes, as well as on the roof of the house.

Literally State Emergency Service: “The robot carefully collected all explosive objects in a special container, which was then loaded into the pyrotechnic vehicle using a crane.”

Details: After that, all the ammunition was neutralized by a controlled explosion at the special site.

• Earlier it was reported that in Vyshgorod, Kyiv region, during the attack of enemy UAVs on Saturday night, powerful explosions were heard, a high-rise building was damaged, and a private house was destroyed. It was noted that as a result of the hit, one person died, 11 more were injured.
• Later it became known that 19 people, including 4 children, were injured as a result of the Russian attack on Vyshgorod.
