Another type of postponement will be added to “Reserve+”: who will be able to receive

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

“The Ministry of Defense continues to expand the list of postponements from mobilization, which can be issued online in the Reserve+ application. Now conscripts whose father or mother has a disability of group I or II can submit a request for a postponement,” the message reads.

To get a postponement online, you need to submit a request in the Reserve+ application. The system will automatically check the data in the state registers, and in case of confirmation, the postponement will be automatically granted, and the information about it will appear in the electronic military registration document.

The Ministry of Defense noted that the process is fully automated, usually lasts from a few minutes to several hours, and does not require the collection of references and a visit to the TCC.

Currently, the service is available online if the conscript is the only adult child of a person with a disability and there is only one parent in the family. If there are other adult children or both parents, you cannot submit a request.

Thus, in order for the system to be able to confirm the grounds, the necessary up-to-date data on the father’s or mother’s disability must be in the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere (UEISSS) or the Pension Fund register; correct data about the family must be entered in the State Register of Civil Status Acts; the registration number of the tax payer’s registration card (RNOKPP) of the father or mother with a disability must be specified in the birth certificate.

If the data is not up-to-date, it must be updated in the relevant registers, after which a request can be submitted via Reserve+.

The Ministry of Defense reminded that 11 types of online deferrals are currently available in Reserve+ for the following categories: people with disabilities; temporarily unfit for service; parents of a child with a disability under the age of 18; parents of an adult child with group I or II disability; those who have a wife (husband) with a disability of group I or II; those who have a father or mother with a disability of group I or II; military men and women with children; parents of three or more children in one marriage; parents who independently raise a child under the age of 18; students, graduate students; employees of higher and professional schools.
