In accordance with the current regulatory legal acts, there are certain circumstances when, in order to make a decision on enrollment in the Register of persons who have the right to preferences, the appointment of housing subsidies and benefits, the provision of some forms of social support, it is necessary to provide an Act on inspection of the material and living conditions of the family or the actual place of residence of the person. The Pension Fund of Ukraine informs about this on November 26.
Compilation of the Inspection Act is envisaged in the following cases:
- when the number of those actually living in the family is less than the number of registered and/or declared persons;
- if there are several separate personal accounts in the residential premises;
- to confirm the absence of the fact that housing is rented out;
- if household electrical appliances, etc., are used to heat the home (Regulations on the Procedure for Assigning Housing Subsidies, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 10/21/1995 No. 848).
A citizen’s request for an examination of his material and living conditions and/or actual place of residence is submitted by the bodies of the Pension Fund of Ukraine to the executive bodies of the village, settlement, city council of the relevant territorial community or to the military administrations.
The form of the Act of inspection of the material and living conditions of the household / actual place of residence of the person was approved by the order of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine dated 04.07.2022 No. 190, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 15.07.2022 under No. 794/38130.
As the Informant informed, many Ukrainians who receive a subsidy to pay for housing and communal services are faced with the question: what to do when someone from the family went abroad and received temporary protection? Pension Fund of Ukraine emphasizes: it is mandatory to inform. Subsidy recipient has 30 daysto notify the PFU about the stay of a family member abroad for more than 60 days during the period of assistance.
