Mostly warm and calm weather is expected in Ukraine on Friday, November 28, although local precipitation is possible at night.
According to the Ukrhydrometeorological center, a low-moving atmospheric front will pass in the central and northern regions, as well as in the Chernivtsi and Odesa territories, which will bring short-term rain. In the afternoon, the weather will be determined by a field of high pressure, which will ensure dry and sunny weather.
The temperature at night in the western, northern, Vinnytsia, and Cherkasy regions will range from +4 to -1 degrees, during the day it will rise to 1-6 degrees. In the eastern, central and southern regions, the night will be warmer (+4…+9 degrees), and during the day it is expected to be 7-12 degrees, in places in the south up to +16.
Cloudy weather with light rain at night and in the morning is forecast in Kyiv and the region. The wind will change direction from north to east, speed 3-8 m/s. The temperature at night will be 2-4 degrees, during the day it will remain at the level of 2-4 degrees.
Also in the Ukrhydrometeorological center hinted for a warm start to winter in December 2025. Forecasters have released a brief climate description of the first winter month and shared a general preliminary forecast for December.
