Details: According to Putin, after the visit to Alaska, a list of possible peace agreements emerged from 28 points, the provisions of which were discussed even before the Russian-American negotiations.

The governor of the Russian Federation said that “after that, negotiations took place in Geneva between the American delegation and the Ukrainian delegation” and apparently the parties decided “that all these 28 points should be divided into four separate components”, this was conveyed to the Kremlin.
“In general, we agree that this can be the basis of future agreements,” Putin said.
He noted that there are no final agreements yet.
Before that,Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov made it clear that Russia will not agree to the updated proposal of the US “peace plan” if it becomes significantly less considerate of Russia’s demands than the first one.

- Information about the new “peace plan” of the USA, which is designed to settle the war between Russia and Ukraine, appeared in a number of American mass media on November 19.
- In these publications, it was mentioned that the plan provides for the transfer of all of Donbas to Russia. Also, according to him, Ukraine should limit its arsenal of weapons, cut the army in half and accept Russian as the second state language.
- On November 21, the mass media published the text of the 28-point peace plan, according to which Ukraine should forever give up its territories, and Russia should receive amnesty.
- On November 23, Great Britain, Germany and France prepared counter-proposals to the draft American “peace plan” with 28 points, designed to make them more beneficial for Ukraine.
- Also, on November 23, negotiations between the delegations of Ukraine and the USA took place in Geneva, after which it became known about the “updated” peace document.
- The British newspaper Financial Times reported that as a result of the negotiations in Geneva, Trump’s team made adjustments to the initial version of the “peace plan”, as a result of which the number of points in it was reduced to 19.
