The National Bank of Ukraine announced repeated open auctions in the Prozorro.Prodazhi electronic system, at which 129 land plots were put on display.
As specified in the press service of the NBU, these assets became the property of the National Bank as collateral for refinancing loans issued to Ukrainian banks.
We are talking about 129 land plots located in the Kyiv region, which have the target designation “for development” and “personal peasant farming”.
The plots are located in the Makarivskyi, Buchanskyi, Vyshhorodskyi, Obukhivskyi and Brovarskyi districts of the Kyiv region.
The planned date of the auctions is December 23, 2025.
Notary public in Kyiv registered ownership based on the annulled decision of the Kyiv City Council.
Previously, the Commercial Court of the city of Kyiv decidedthat “Berezhok” LLC should return to the Kyiv City Council a plot of land on the banks of the Desenka River in the Desnyan district and demolish self-built holiday homes.
