Details: Analysts say that the events of the past week could have resulted in the complete loss of the city already this month, but thanks to the correct decisions of the military command, a “great tragedy” was avoided.

DeepState said that it all started with the loss of Poltavka and Uspenivka. Due to the impossibility of restoring the lost positions, a decision was made for one of the divisions of the Army to rapidly strengthen the new lines south of Novouspenivskyi. At the same time, 102 OBr TrO, which stood relatively successfully on the right, albeit with waste, but restrained the enemy.
When the enemy pushed the neighbors on the left of the 102nd, they received infiltrated enemy groups on the flank and in the rear. At the same time, one of the battalions of the 102nd Obr TrO lost control and people “were thrown to their own devices.” The fighters, not understanding what to do, decided to go out as a whole. Almost two companies began to leave the area of Green Grove and Vysokye in groups.
Before that, the command, understanding the prospects, sent additional forces from 225 OSHP and one of the mechanized brigades, which quickly began to set up a new line of defense directly in front of Gulyaipol. Incidents of friendly fire were recorded due to spontaneous withdrawal and chaos.
After analyzing the situation, cover groups were put forward for support. Unfortunately, on November 26, five fighters from such a group were captured by the enemy west of the Green Grove and shot.

Details: But, the analysts note, as of now “thanks to the successful cooperation of the command of OK “South”, 225 OSHP and the rest of the units, it is possible to stabilize the situation — the chaos in the battle formations has almost completely disappeared, the enemy has significantly slowed down in the direction of Gulyaipol itself, and a new line of defense has also been set up.”
