“According to the request of the State Bureau of Investigation, approved by the prosecutor, the Communarsky District Court of the city of Zaporizhia chose a preventive measure in the form of detention without bail for a law enforcement officer who, in a state of alcohol intoxication, staged a shooting in a village near Zaporizhzhia,” – says the message of the territorial department of the DBR in Melitopol.
On November 25, the State Bureau of Investigation reported a suspect to a law enforcement officer who opened fire in a village near Zaporizhzhia, injuring three servicemen.
The Prosecutor General’s Office clarified that the police officer fired at least 13 shots.
The law enforcement officer was informed of the suspicion of an attempted murder committed against more than two persons (Part 2 of Article 15, Clause 1 of Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
