Parking rules have been changed for veterans in Lviv

At its session on Tuesday, the Lviv City Council decided that from now on, the city’s veteran motorists will have 100 free parking hours each month.

Details: According to him, before the adoption of this decision, the representatives of the authorities consulted the veteran communities for a long time.

He explained that the number of veterans in the Lviv community is 12 times greater than the number of parking spaces, and if the benefit is made unlimited, some cars will be idle for days. Therefore, the time of free parking should be regulated so that everyone can use the space.

Details: Sadovy added that the executive committee of the city council will prepare a simple and clear mechanism for free parking so that there are no “extra instructions, queues and nerves.”
