Jerome Boateng takes a coaching internship in “Barcelona” instead of “Bavaria” Munich.
Earlier it became known that the former defender of the German national team did not go on an internship to the Munich club due to the protests of the fans. However, German fans opposed the return of the ex-defender to the club because of the German’s accusations of driving his ex-girlfriend to commit suicide.
Diario Sport reports that Boateng has agreed with Barcelona instead. He was allowed to visit the club’s base for 10 days, spend time with Hansi Flick and his coaching staff, and monitor the training process.
For example, he was at the Barca U16 game against Espanyol and watched first from a special seat and then from behind the Blaugrana goal.
