Snigur at the ITF W75 in the UAE defeated Andreeva Sr., giving only 2 games

Ukrainian tennis player Darya Snigur (WTA 159) started the ITF W75 hard tournament in Fujairah (UAE) with a convincing victory.

In the first round, the Ukrainian defeated the “neutral” in two sets Eric Andreev (WTA 251) – the sister of the ninth racket Mirra Andreeva. Snigur defeated her opponent in 1 hour and 15 minutes, giving only two games.

Snigur played against Andreeva for the second time in her career. In February 2022, Daria coped with Erika in the semi-finals of the 60,000 race in Germany.

In early November, Snigur won the trophy of the ITF W75 tournament in Glasgow. Then the Ukrainian failed to finish the meeting with Raluka Sherban at the start of the competition of the identical category in Luxembourg.

Snigur’s next opponent in the UAE will be Australian Olivia Gadeki (WTA 212).
