Details: Ushakov added that on Monday morning in Russia they already learned about the alternative European peace plan, and it “absolutely does not suit them constructively”.
Putin’s aide also reported that there are already “certain signals” from the American side about a meeting of representatives of the two countries to discuss a peaceful settlement, but concrete agreements have not yet been reached.
At the same time, Putin said in a conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan that he sees the first draft of the peace plan, prepared by Russia together with the Trump administration, as a possible basis for a “final peaceful settlement.”
What preceded: Great Britain, Germany and France have prepared counter-proposals to the draft American peace plan with 28 points, designed to make them more beneficial for Ukraine.
