In the absence of budget funds, payments will stop earlier – from January 1 of the following year.

This is stated in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 1510.

According to the text of the document, the transfer of accrued cashback for December 2025 will be carried out in February 2026, subject to the availability of budget funds.

If there are not enough budget funds, the accrual of cashback to the recipients will be stopped starting from January 1, 2026, and the transfer of the accrued cashback to the recipient for December 2025 will not be carried out.

It is also noted that the accrual of cashback to the recipients of the next year will be stopped from May 1.

“National Cashback” is the main newsThe “National Cashback” program started in October 2024, when users began to be charged 10% cashback for the purchase of Ukrainian-made goods on a special card. It was possible to spend the money on a certain list of goods and services – payment for utilities, mobile communications, medicine, charity, etc.

On November 15, Diya began accepting applications for the payment of funds under the “Winter Support” program, which provides that every Ukrainian can receive one-time assistance of 1,000 hryvnias. The money is credited to the “National Cashback” card, and it can be spent on utilities, medicine, Ukrainian-made products, postal services, books, charity, and donated to the Defense Forces.

To implement the program, the government has changed the list of goods and services on which you can spend money received under the “National Cashback” program. Now funds from the program cannot be spent on mobile phone payments, transport tickets, recreation and entertainment (theater, cinema, museums), sports, as well as on the purchase of military bonds. The updated spending conditions will be valid until June 30, 2026.
