Details: The President of the European Council stated that he spoke with Zelenskyi “to find out his assessment of the situation.”

Notably, European leaders raised concerns about the 28-point plan after handing it to Kyiv last week before drafting their own. After that, Košta invited EU leaders to a special meeting on Monday, dedicated to Ukraine and the “peace plan” of Donald Trump’s team.
And after the talks in Geneva, which took place on Sunday, November 23, the United States and Ukraine said that they had developed an “updated” peace document.
