Ukrainian forward of Roman Roma Artem Dovbyk continues to recover from a left rectus femoris tendon injury.
Italian journalist Stefano Gentili reported a small update on the situation with the damage to the Ukrainian:
“About ten days ago, Artem Dovbyk started recovering from an injury to the rectus femoris tendon. The Ukrainian conducts double training in the gym every day and strives to return to Gasperini’s disposal as soon as possible.”
Artem was injured in the Serie A match against Udinese (2:0) on November 9. Due to this injury, Dovbyk missed the matches for the Ukrainian national team, as well as the confrontation of the 12th round of the Italian championship with Cremonese (3:1).
In the 2025/26 season, Dovbyk played 14 matches in all competitions for Roma, scoring two goals and providing two assists.
