Details: Rubio said that the talks in Geneva were “the most productive and the most important since we have been involved in this process (peace settlement. – ed.)”.

He added that the representatives of the delegations are currently working on “some proposals that have been given to us”.

What preceded: Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, based on the results of the first negotiations in Geneva, said that the proposals of the US “peace plan” may take into account the “critically important” positions of Ukraine.
The American side also spoke privately about the progress made at the Geneva talks.
The head of the Ukrainian delegation at the negotiations, the head of the OPU Andriy Yermak announced the completion of the first session of negotiations with the US delegation in Geneva and called it “very productive”, he also announced on Sunday the second meeting with the participation of European partners.
