The Ministry’s recommendations also mention the possibility of increasing the duration of the winter vacation by reducing or rescheduling part of the classes, switching to a six-day school week, and organizing training in two shifts. Using an asynchronous learning format and increasing access to remote platforms, such as “All-Ukrainian School Online”, will help students adapt to new conditions.
In addition, schools should prepare a supply of water and food for long-term storage, conduct briefings for students and parents on actions during blackouts. Each educational institution is obliged to adapt the recommended changes depending on local conditions and the security situation.
