Josie elevated her frame in a pair of black towering heels as she posed on the P&O Cruises ship before hitting the casino.
Styling her long blonde tresses in voluminous curls, the TV personality flashed her gorgeous smile as she posed for photos.
Josie revealed she has just docked in Barbados for her next adventure as she shared amazing underwater snaps snorkelling.
The former Big Brother star slipped into a stylish black triangle bikini as she wore a snorkel and flippers while diving in the ocean.
She wrote: ‘A beautiful day at sea, we have just landed in Barbados for our next on land adventure.
‘I could spend the rest of my life on this ship. Cruising across the Caribbean waking up somewhere new, it’s so exciting.

Earlier this week, the ITV star enjoyed a trip to the beach during her holiday as she stopped off in Antigua.
The mother-of-one looked in good spirits as she soaked up the sun on her winter break alongside a pal.
Josie slipped into a white bikini with a red floral print and she also sported a pair of stylish sunglasses.
It comes after Josie revealed earlier this year that she had shed five stone – without the help of fat jabs or surgery.
She said in an Instagram post: ‘I didn’t get a gastric bypass; I got off my big a**e, moved more, ate less and educated myself on what I was stuffing into my body.’
Josie’s weight loss success has been widely discussed, as she has been showcasing her svelte new frame in a series of stunning looks on This Morning.
She revealed that she followed the Do The Unthinkable plan, which refers to a 12-week fitness and food program from the company MuscleFood, including delivered meals, workout plans, and support to help people reach their health goals.
Josie explained that she has six days on and one day off, saying: ‘Now on that one day off, I had one cheat meal.
‘I didn’t go crazy and drink 10 bottles of wine and binge all day on food and chocolate and all the naughty things I haven’t been having.
‘I just had my one cheat and that was it. So if you’ve got that one day off, don’t undo all your hard work. Just have your one cheat meal and enjoy it. Don’t have a binge.’
The former Big Brother star also previously spoke of why she would never use weight loss jabs: ‘The thing is, I can understand, you know, when people get desperate and they want to do that.
‘But it wouldn’t be for me, only because I don’t want to mess around with my body, I like everything natural, I always go down the natural route.’
The TV presenter is also no stranger to having a few tweakments done to freshen up her look.
Josie was glowing as she posed for snaps over the summer with her clinician, Dr Nora of Rejuvenation Clinic in London.
She did not specify what she’d had done.
