At night, Russian troops attacked energy facilities in several regions, the Ministry of Energy reported in a telegram.

According to the report, as a result of the attack in the morning, consumers in the Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions are without power, and restoration work is ongoing at the damaged facilities.

The Ministry of Energy reminds that today hourly shutdown schedules and capacity limitation schedules for industrial consumers and businesses apply from 00:00 to 23:59 in all regions of Ukraine.

Since the beginning of autumn, the Russian military has intensified its attacks on the Ukrainian energy and gas infrastructure, which supplies people with gas during the heating season.

On November 19, the Ministry of Energy reported that the forces of the Russian Federation once again carried out a massive missile and drone attack on energy infrastructure facilities: in the Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Cherkasy and Donetsk regions.

DTEK announced that Russian forces again attacked the company’s thermal power plant on November 19.
