The plan, revised and endorsed by President Donald Trump, is the latest attempt by the White House to end Russia’s war in Ukraine. Some provisions of the plan, in particular territorial concessions in areas not currently controlled by Russia, were previously defined by the Ukrainian side as unacceptable. But American officials, despite this, see a new opportunity to resume peace talks.
The plan is still at the development stage, and many of its points have not yet been finalized, the TV channel notes.
