Behind the romance of the train is a lot of hard work, attention to detail and true love for one’s work.
Have you ever wondered what it’s like to work on the inside of the nation’s largest passenger carrier? The new episode of the “Mission to Cope” show on TET TV channel will give you this answer. Its presenters, Mark Kutsevalov and Katya Olos, will this time try on one of the most romantic and responsible professions – Ukrzaliznytsia train conductors.
Immediately after the draw at the station, both presenters will board the train to begin their flight from Kyiv to Poltava. No time to think! The first test of iron discipline: checking passengers’ documents and tickets during boarding. Mark and Katya will experience firsthand how important it is to be attentive and friendly, even when the time for inspection is limited.
Next – immersion in professional secrets. The conductors will talk with the conductor, who will tell in detail about the intricacies of his work and railway rules. But the main challenge that every guide has to deal with will be serving tea and coffee in branded coasters. Drivers will learn how to properly balance drinks so they don’t spill on the move, and how to keep passengers comfortable throughout the journey.
Also, in this issue, one of the most discussed questions among passengers will be raised: who should clean up the bed linen after the trip? Mark and Katya will clarify this point to help the audience show respect for the work of the guides.

Don’t miss the episode that proves that behind the romance of the train is a lot of hard work, attention to detail and true love for what you do. Watch on Saturday, November 22, at 10:00 a.m. on the TET TV channel.
