“Limit of choice / Selection at the limit” – this is the theme of the third UP-100 ceremony, and it was born from a sense of the time in which Ukraine lives today.
According to the editor-in-chief of “Ukrainian Pravda” Sevgil Musaeva, this topic was a response to the state in which the country found itself – to the fragile line separating fatigue and strength, compromise and principle, pressure and freedom of choice.

“The year 2025 has become a year of very difficult decisions. We live in conditions where it is impossible to stand aside, when every choice is a test of values, faith, and trust. And that is why we are talking about choices on the edge,” says Musaeva.
