Synegubov’s direct speech: “During the past day, the city of Kharkiv and 8 settlements of the Kharkiv region were hit by enemy attacks. As a result of shelling in the city of Kharkiv, 46 people were injured, among them two children – girls aged 9 and 13.”

Details: According to him, the enemy attacked Slobidskyi and Osnovyanskyi districts of Kharkiv with 19 Geran-2 type BpLAs.
The Russians actively used various types of weapons in the Kharkiv Region: 1 KAB; 24 Geran-2 type unmanned aerial vehicles; 2 fpv drones; 25 unmanned aerial vehicles (type to be determined).
Civil infrastructure objects were damaged and destroyed:
In particular, 16 apartment buildings, 31 cars, a garage cooperative, an emergency medical aid substation, a supermarket, 2 trolleybuses, a non-residential building, an administrative building, and a school were damaged in Kharkiv.
A private house and 2 cars were damaged in the Kupyan district (Starovirivka village); the railway infrastructure was damaged in the Loziv district (the town of Lozova).
The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 170 people per day. There are 24 people left. A total of 12,736 people have been registered at the point since the beginning of work.
What happened before: Around midnight on November 19, it became known about an enemy UAV attack on Kharkiv, as a result of the strikes there were hits and casualties, fires started in the city. Emergency services reported 32 victims.
