“Kai has had a slight recurrence of his injury, but is generally feeling good. He is expected to return to action towards the end of the year,” Nagelsmann was quoted as saying journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The 26-year-old German has not yet appeared on the field since the Gunners’ opening match of this English Premier League season due to a knee injury.
Kai Havertz and a number of other injured Arsenal players were previously reported to be preparing for the derby against Tottenham (23/11), but it appears the versatile German’s participation is now in doubt
