According to him, the investigation is currently ongoing. “Employees are doing everything possible to understand this case. I cannot say what tracks they are following. Russian services really want to know in which direction our employees are moving,” he said.
According to him, Russian services want to destabilize Polish society and frighten it. “They will definitely try to take advantage of this. The Russian services want to destabilize Poland and the European Union, they want to cause a split between us and Ukraine and create a negative atmosphere. Let’s not get involved in these actions of the Russian services,” warned Dobzhynskyi.
Prehistory:
- On the morning of November 17, Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that the services consider the incident on the Polish railway between Warsaw and Lublin, where the track was blown up, to be a targeted sabotage.
- The section of the Warsaw-Lublin railway, on which the sabotage was carried out, is of strategic importance for assistance to Ukraine. Also, another incident occurred on this section of the track, which has not yet been recognized as sabotage.
- After that, Poland decided to send the Territorial Defense Forces to patrol the most important parts of the critical railway infrastructure in the east of the country.
- On the night of November 18, traffic resumed on the railway track in Poland, which was damaged as a result of sabotage.
- Later, the Polish media learned that the explosion on the tracks could have been initiated with the help of mobile phones.
