The Economic Court of the Lviv Region recognized that Russia must pay over UAH 48 million in compensation to the company “Rodyna” LLC for the property destroyed during the attack by kamikaze drones.
This is evidenced by the Unified Register of Court Decisions.
According to the case documents, in Lviv on September 19, 2023, as a result of a Shahed-136 drone strike and subsequent fire, the company’s office and warehouse property was completely destroyed: equipment, food products, documentation and seals.
“The drones hit the building on the street. Horodotskyi, 355-4, where “Rodyna” leased premises through a sublease from PE “Alekslegno”. The damage assessment showed: UAH 47.46 million – destroyed goods and material values; UAH 1.12 million – destroyed fixed assets. The total amount of losses amounted to UAH 48,580,132,” the case documents state.
The judge satisfied the claim in full. In addition to the principal amount, the Russian Federation is obliged to pay a court fee in the amount of UAH 728,701.98 to the state budget of Ukraine. The relevant decision in case No. 914/2166/25 was adopted on November 11, 2025.
