As a result of Russian shelling, all districts of Kherson have been partially cut off, the city’s military administration reported in a telegram.

According to the MBA, specialists are now studying the extent of damage and carrying out emergency repair work.

Also, local authorities warn about possible interruptions with centralized water supply in multi-apartment buildings.

Due to damage to power grids in Kherson, trolleybuses are temporarily not working, adds the Ministry of Education.

Over the past day, according to local authorities, two people were killed in the region due to Russian aggression, 5 more were injured, including a child, and 27 settlements, including Kherson, were shelled.

Kherson and the part of the Kherson region under the control of the Ukrainian authorities are regularly subjected to Russian attacks from various types of weapons – attack UAVs, artillery of KABs.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
