In the fourth match of the Euro-2027 (U-21) qualifying tournament, the youth national team of Ukraine hosted the Turkish team and suffered a second consecutive defeat with a minimum score of 0:1.

The first half passed in an equal struggle on opposite courses. “Blue-yellow” earned several standards, but it was not possible to realize them. The tense game led to two forced substitutions: Krapyvtsov left the field due to an injury for the hosts, and Hekimoglu for the Turks. Pakholyuk replaced Krapyvtsov.

In the second half, the Ukrainians continued to look for chances near the opponent’s goal. Krevsun took a dangerous free kick, and Hlushchenko’s individual pass ended with a shot at the near post. However, the visitors were able to open the scoring: after a cross pass, Pakholyuk played with his fist, but Ilkhan was the first to finish and shot past the goalkeeper.

In stoppage time, Synchuk had a chance to equalize after a shot by Pyshtur, but he did not have time to cross the ball into the goal. Thus, the match ended with a victory for Turkey — 1:0.
