Details: According to UP sources, those involved in the case, who were searched on November 11, knew as early as Friday, November 7, that “some measures were being prepared” for them.

Also, on November 7, the judicial register began to upload decisions on the investigative actions of the “Midas” operation, so theoretically, those involved could also gain access to these data using controlled law enforcement officers.

What was before: On November 12, the High Anti-Corruption Court ordered Ihora Fursenko, who is suspected in the case of corruption in Energoatom contracts, to be remanded in in the form of detention until January 8, 2026, with the possibility of bail in the amount of 95 million hryvnias.
Prosecutors of the SAP requested bail in the amount of 254 million hryvnias – this is the largest amount that has been requested so far for those involved in this case.

Prehistory:
- On the morning of November 10, it became known that NABU is conducting searches of businessman Timur Mindich and Minister of Justice Herman Galushchenko (as of November 12, it is known that the minister submitted a resignation letter). At the same time, UP sources reported that Mindich had fled abroad a few hours before the searches.
