About it in the comments “Telegraphforecaster Ihor Kybalchich said.

In the near future, it is expected that the number of rains will decrease and clear days will appear. The first signs of winter may appear only in the second half of the month, when the air temperature will drop to 0-2 degrees during the day and close to 0 at night.

Wet snow is expected in the west, north and central regions of Ukraine. Rain will continue in the southern and eastern regions, while at the end of November there may be problems with ice, especially in mountainous areas.

The average temperature in November is predicted to be 1-2 degrees higher than normal, and the total amount of precipitation should be from 80 to 100% of the climatic norm.

It is expected that the induced changes in weather may be related to global climate processes, making this forecast particularly important for planning activities and preparing for winter conditions.
