According to the investigation, the man called the temporary occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine a “positive phenomenon” and cynically justified the torture of Ukrainian prisoners of war.
The law enforcement officer was removed from his post and taken into custody. He was informed of the suspicion of justifying and denying Russian aggression.
The sanction of the article provides up to eight years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) exposed a group of fraudsters who tried to appropriate the apartment of a deceased person in order to resell it for $45,000. The group included two law enforcement officers and their acquaintance.
