Trump gave a brief answer to a clarifying question about which reduction was in question.
“At some stage, we will reduce them,” the US president replied.

The United States introduced sanctions against the largest Russian oil companies Rosneft and Lukoil, as well as their subsidiaries.
In the morning of October 23, the European Union finally approved the 19th package of sanctions against Russia by written procedure.
The Indian company Reliance Industries Ltd. purchased millions of barrels of crude oil from the Middle East and the United States after Washington imposed sanctions on Rosneft and Lukoil.
