ESTIMATED LOSSES OF THE ENEMY

INFORMATION FROM THE GENERAL STAFF OF THE ARMY REGARDING THE SITUATION AT THE FRONT (22:00)
Today, Russian forces launched one missile and 14 air strikes, using two missiles and dropping 30 guided air bombs. In addition, 2,228 kamikaze drones were deployed and 3,421 attacks were made on the positions of our troops and population centers.
In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, Ukrainian soldiers repelled nine assaults by the occupiers. In addition, the enemy carried out 128 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, four of which were fired from rocket salvo systems.
In the Yuzhno-Slobozhansk direction, the enemy stormed ten times the positions of our units in the areas of Vovchansk, Vovchansk Khutori and Kamianka. One combat encounter is not completed.
In the Kupyansk direction, the aggressor carried out offensive actions in the districts of Pishchany, Petropavlivka, Kupyansk and Hlushkivka. Ukrainian defenders have stopped four enemy attacks, six more combat clashes are still ongoing.
In the direction of Lyman, Russian invaders attacked the positions of the Defense Forces four times in the area of the village of Koroviya Yar and in the direction of Lyman. One combat clash is still ongoing.
In the Slavyansk direction, the Defense Forces repelled six enemy attacks in the Serebryanka and Dronivka areas.
Today, the enemy did not carry out offensive actions in the Kramatorsk direction.
Today, 11 combat clashes took place in the Kostyantynivskyi direction. The enemy tried to storm the positions of Ukrainian units in the areas of Pleshchiivka, Oleksandro-Shultine, Rusyn Yar and Sofiivka settlements.
In the Pokrovsky direction, since the beginning of this day, the enemy has attacked 59 times in the areas of Pankivka, Shakhove, Chervyn Lyman, Rodynske, Mykhailivka, Novoeconomichne, Myrnograd, Novopavlivka, Rivne, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Filia, Dachne. Our defenders are restraining the onslaught of the enemy and have already stopped all attacks.
Today, according to preliminary data, 130 occupiers have been neutralized in this direction, of which 66 are irreversible. In addition, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed 15 unmanned aerial vehicles and 11 units of special equipment, hit the control point of unmanned aerial vehicles and six units of enemy vehicles.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 11 attacks by invaders in the areas of Ivanivka, Sosnivka, Vorone, Orestopol, Yehorivka settlements. Two military clashes continue until now.
In the Gulyaipil direction, the Defense Forces successfully repelled seven enemy attacks in the area of the Green Grove and in the direction of the settlement of Rivnopillia.
In the Orihiv direction, the occupiers tried three times to advance on the positions of our troops in the Primorsky district. The enemy was not successful – our defenders stopped all the enemy’s attempts.
In the Dnieper direction, enemy units made two futile attempts to storm the positions of our units in the direction of the Antoniv bridge.
Today, it is worth celebrating the soldiers of the 40th separate coastal defense brigade, who are effectively restraining the enemy.
Briefly about today. The first is the military. There were reports about the front. It is extremely important that the occupier has no significant result. The Pokrovsky area, Dobropill districts, Donetsk region in general – we are defending our positions. We defend positions on all other front lines, and this is the most important result for our country.
I want to thank every unit, all our soldiers. Especially today, I want to celebrate the 414th Brigade of Unmanned Systems Forces “Birds of Magyar”, I also want to celebrate the 411th separate regiment of unmanned systems “Yastruba” and the border division of unmanned aviation systems “Phoenix”. Thank you very much, warriors! Gunners of the 26th, 55th, 148th brigades and missile warriors of the 360th separate coastal brigade of the Navy of Ukraine – thank you! The fifth and 92nd separate assault brigades, the 71st separate hunter brigade, the 227th separate heavy mechanized brigade, SSO units, as well as the 1st, 33rd, 225th and 425th separate assault regiments. It is very important that each division is effective in its direction for the sake of Ukraine. Today, I signed a decree awarding state awards to our soldiers: 304 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 135 of them, unfortunately, posthumously.
There was a report by Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal. According to the results of the year, in the supply of weapons, in defense production, we have to fulfill all, all the tasks that were in securing the front, in financing our army, and in our deep strikes. Now, practically every day, Ukraine applies its long-range sanctions against Russia, and every day we have a clear result in the form of a decrease in Russian capabilities. Russia must lose, and this is actually a peacekeeping tactic. I want to thank everyone who works for the relevant capabilities of Ukraine and, of course, our soldiers for their accuracy.
Today, I also held a meeting with our government officials, the Office team regarding the situation in our frontline communities, in our cities such as Nikopol and the cities of Southern Ukraine, Kharkiv Oblast, and Sumy Oblast, which are actually under attack every day. We are preparing new support measures for our people in frontline and border communities.
He also held a diplomatic meeting today – regarding the meetings and events of the coming weeks. We are preparing agreements with several European countries, including on strengthening our defense of the skies and our energy sector. We are constantly adding precisely such agreements with the countries of Europe, first of all, which allow us to recover step by step after the Russian strikes.
And one more thing.
Any effective action against corruption is very necessary. The inevitability of punishment is necessary. Energoatom currently provides Ukraine with the largest share of energy generation. Cleanliness in the company is a priority. Energy, every industry. Anyone who built schemes should get a clear procedural answer. There must be judgments. And government officials must work together with NABU, together with law enforcement agencies, and work as needed for the result.
