In October 2025, consumer prices in Ukraine increased by 0.9% compared to September, while annual inflation decreased to 10.9%.

Core inflation in October was 0.6% for the month and 10.2% in annual terms.
Prices for eggs (by 11%) and vegetables (by 10.4%) increased the most. Dairy products, bread, fish, lard and meat also went up in price. Instead, fruits, rice, sugar and pasta became cheaper.
Prices for alcohol and tobacco rose by 1.5%, and transport rose by 0.1% due to the increase in the cost of road transport. At the same time, rail transport became cheaper by 5%.
For comparison, in September, monthly inflation was 0.3%, and annual inflation was 11.9%.
