FC “Rukh” appealed to the Committee of Referees of the UAF. The reason for this is a controversial moment in the first half of the match of the 12th round of the UPL against Veres.
Referee Nazariy Gyordi awarded a penalty in the 35th minute of the game after the ball hit the hand of Semyon Vovchenko, a player of the Rivne club. However, after the intervention of the VAR team, the head referee changed his primary decision and canceled the penalty kick.
Therefore, “Rukh” seeks clarification from the Committee of Arbitrators of the UAF regarding this decision. And also the club seeks to make public the negotiations of the arbitrators in the specified episode.
