NABU detectives are also investigating the Minister of Justice, former Minister of Energy Herman Galushchenko.

This was reported by the NABU press service on the Telegram channel. “15 months of work and 1,000 hours of audio recordings. The activities of a high-level criminal organization have been documented,” the report says.
NABU noted that the members of the criminal organization built a large-scale corruption scheme to influence strategic enterprises of the state sector, in particular JSC NAEK Energoatom.
In turn, People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported on searches at “Energoatom” and added that NABU detectives are also investigating Minister of Justice Herman Galushchenko, who previously held the position of Minister of Energy.
UNIAN contacted the press service of Energoatom, but has not yet received a response from the company.
“Energoatom” – the latest news In August, the supervisory board of “Energoatom” dismissed Petr Kotin from the post of acting chairman of the company’s board. Under his leadership, corruption scandals related to the company’s activities regularly appeared. Thus, at the end of last year, the High Anti-Corruption Court arrested in absentia a counterparty of “Energoatom”, which was suspected of embezzling UAH 100 million.
Also in December 2024, a scandal involving the purchase of pipes at inflated prices was reported.
On November 5 of this year, it became known that NABU exposed an official of a branch of the state enterprise “Energoatom” for systematic bribery. According to the investigation, in June-November 2025, the employee received an illegal benefit in the total amount of about UAH 1.67 million.
