Operation “Midas”: NABU released wiretapping in the case of top corruption in the energy industry

NABU released the first fragments of audio recordings in the case of energy corruption. The operation, codenamed “Midas”, lasted 15 months, during which thousands of hours of wiretapping of those involved in the investigation were conducted. NABU released the first fragments of audio recordings in the case of energy corruption. Operation under a code name “Midas” lasted 15 months, during which thousands of hours of wiretapping of those involved in the investigation were conducted.

NABU posted the relevant video on its Facebook page.

Earlier, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine together with the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office announced a major operation to expose corruption in the energy sector.

On November 10, NABU detectives searched the Minister of Justice Herman Galushchenko, who previously headed the Ministry of Energy.

NABU also searched the associate of Zelenskyi, co-owner of Kvartal 95, Mindich.
