Details: Employees of the trade delegation spotted the drone and saw it drop a container of paint and an unknown substance around 5:30 a.m. local time, Stockholm regional police spokeswoman Ola Österling said.

They then called the Stockholm Regional Police.
Investigators took samples of the substance for analysis and opened a case of vandalism and harassment, Osterling said.
Police officers did not see the drone, but interviewed employees who witnessed the incident. It is unclear who is behind this incident.
