Such prizes are a record in the history of tennis. The previous record belonged to Carlos Alcaraz and Arina Sobolenko, who received five million each for the US Open 2025 trophies.

It is interesting that Rybakina’s record is guaranteed not to be broken in 2025 – next week, the ATP 2025 Final Tournament (the last competition of the season) will be held, the undefeated champion of which will earn $5,071,000.

It is worth noting that this is definitely a women’s Tour record, but there is a clarification for men – at the Six Kings Slam exhibition competition, the champion receives $6 million. But if we take into account only official competitions, then the record belongs to Yelena.

In Riyadh, Rybakina beat Amanda Anisimov, Iga Sviontek, Ekaterina Aleksandrova, Jessica Pegula and Arina Sobolenko. Yelena will end 2025 in fifth place in the WTA ranking.
