It is also noted that there is no water supply in some areas. Emergency services are on the ground and are dealing with the elimination of the problem.
Kharkiv authorities have not yet commented on the situation. Kharkiv residents are asked to call the city’s emergency number 1562 in case of a really urgent problem: telephone networks may be overloaded due to a large number of calls.
