The author of Metal Gear Solid called the show absolutely incredible and compared it to the 1955 film Invasion of the Body Snatchers.
According to Kojima, the very first scene is instantly engaging, and Gilligan himself once again proved that he is “a true genius.” The developer suggested that the series could become a modern satire on American society, especially on social networks and division in the country.
“Pluribus” tells about a world where all people are connected in a single collective mind, except for the main character Carol, whose role was performed by Ria Seehorn.
Gilligan himself previously said that he wanted to move away from the crime stories that permeated “Let’s Go” and “Better Call Saul.”
Earlier we told that the creators of “The Matrix” offered Hideo Kojima to make a game based on the film, but it did not work out. Konami immediately rejected Wachowski’s offer.
In addition, Hideo Kojima recently explained why he uses artificial intelligence in the creation of games. The legendary game designer is not going to apply AI technologies in creative matters.
