As reported by SportItalia, the Rossoneri are actively looking for a new forward for next season. AC Milan are eyeing Lewandowski as a potential replacement for striker Santiago Jimenez, whose performances in Italy have been hampered by an ankle injury.
The situation with the 37-year-old Polish striker in Barcelona remains uncertain. His contract expires in the summer of 2026, the Catalan club has not yet offered the veteran an extension. That makes him a free agent next summer.
In addition, the role of the Pole under the leadership of coach Hans Flick has significantly decreased: in the current season, Robert was only four times in the starting line-up in 11 matches.
The player’s agent, Pini Zahavi, confirmed that no decisions have yet been made regarding his future, but dismissed rumors of a possible move to Saudi Arabia.
