The use of 450 drones and 45 missiles damaged civilian infrastructure, killing two people and injuring at least eleven others, underscoring the immediate threat to the everyday lives of Ukrainians.
Sibiga noted that the attacks are aimed at destroying vital resources such as electricity, water and heating, and called for active action to end the war.
He emphasized that for this it is necessary to block financial flows for the Kremlin regime, weaken its military potential and deprive Putin of illusions of impunity for crimes committed.
The critical situation in Ukraine requires coordinated efforts of the international community, and the minister called for decisive actions that can help put an end to terror. It is important that the global community heeds these calls and takes the necessary decisions in the face of Russia’s new aggressive actions.
It is worth noting that on the night of November 8, Russia used more than 500 means of air attack. Anti-aircraft defense recorded the destruction of 415 targets. These events emphasize the duration of the aggression and its impact on Ukraine’s energy security.
