Russia announced that on the night of November 8, drones allegedly attacked energy infrastructure facilities in the Volgograd region of the Russian Federation, and some Russian settlements were without electricity.

Details: According to Bocharov, “objects of the energy infrastructure of the Volgograd region” were attacked by UAVs, some settlements were left without electricity.
