Kyivstar decided to modernize the roaming service like at home for business users
From December 1, 2025, Kyivstar will improve Roaming conditions like at home for corporates customers Customers will have the opportunity to use the filling of their tariff plans both on the territory of Ukraine and abroad, without additional regulations or services. These changes are due to the integration of Ukraine into a single roaming space with EU countries. This was announced in the press service of the organization.
Improved conditions of voice tariff plans: unlimited for all incoming calls; the total volume of tariff minutes for Kyivstar, other networks of Ukraine and host countries; in some tariff plans, part of the gigabytes provided in Ukraine will be used in roaming; if the tariff plan in Ukraine provides for unlimited Internet, a separate amount of gigabytes will be provided for roaming, as before; if the volume of the tariff plan runs out, the cost of calls to Kyivstar will be UAH 1.50/min, and the Internet – UAH 0.06/MB.

Subscribers of similar tariff plans for devices will receive more benefits in Roaming countries like at home: IoT Mini, IoT Base, IoT Pro, IoT 25, IoT 45, Modem, Streaming.
- Unlimited for all incoming calls.
- The price of calls to Kyivstar, other networks of Ukraine and host countries is UAH 1.00/min.
- Common volumes of SMS in Ukraine and roaming for sending to all mobile numbers of Ukraine and the host country, then — the price, as in Ukraine.
Roaming Internet for IoT tariffs
- IoT Mini, IoT Baza, IoT Pro — there will be a common amount of bonus funds that you can use in roaming to pay for the Internet, UAH 1/MB.
- IoT 25 – a shared volume of 300 MB is also available in roaming.
- IoT 45 — 2000 MB of the shared volume is valid in roaming, then the price is the same as in Ukraine.
- Modem — 9.7 GB of the shared volume, then — 0.06 UAH/MB.
- Streaming — a separate amount of gigabytes for roaming, 16.2 GB, then — 0.06 UAH/MB.
From December 1, 2025, the roaming service and additional roaming packages will not work in the IoT Start tariff plan and some archival tariff plans: Business Mini, Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Optimal, Business Ultra, Business Pro, Business Max, Business UA. Start, Business UA. Base, IoT12, IoT17, Reserve, IoT Reserve, M2M Reserve, Individual, Business, M2M Individual, Data. Such changes are due to the peculiarities of mutual settlements with foreign partners and economic factors. At the same time, while abroad, clients of these tariff plans will be able to register in the network, change the tariff plan to one that provides roaming, receive incoming SMS, use USSD requests, My Kyivstar service and web chat to communicate with the operator.
How to prepare for change Kyivstar will send an SMS with details to customers who will be affected by the changes, and an e-mail message to business customers. If the roaming service is not available in your tariff plan, you will be able to choose another tariff plan. After the update, the new conditions will appear on the Roaming as at home page and in My Kyivstar.
About the Roaming service at home Roaming like at home is the ability to use your corporate tariff plan both in Ukraine and in a number of other countries. Continue to pay for the tariff plan as usual and use its conditions in roaming. In which countries it works: in Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Malta, Moldova, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, France, Bulgaria, Spain, Estonia, Latvia, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland (except the Åland Islands), Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Sweden, Portugal, Great Britain.
What to do if the mobile Internet does not work while roaming If your phone is registered in the network of a local operator (this will be visible on the screen), but there is no mobile Internet: make sure that there is enough money in the account.

The standard tariff for mobile internet in roaming is UAH 6.00 for 50 KB.
Contract
Your account must have more than UAH 25. But if you have a credit program (the ability to use a connection with a negative balance), it is enough that the connected credit is not used up. If you have topped up your account, restart your phone and try to access the Internet again. Make sure the access point (APN) is correct in the phone settings.
