According to reports, Kuliush headed the capital’s Cyber Police Department at the beginning of 2022, and before that he worked in Odesa – together with the current head of the entire Cyber Police Yuriy Vyhodets.

So, for several years, he declared only a small apartment in Odesa, as well as two cars: a BMW 320I with rights of use and the Rav4 of his wife – Nadia Kuliush.”
Details: Journalists learned that in 2024 the couple officially broke up. The court ruling states that the Kuliushis allegedly have not actually lived together since 2021. However, journalists drew attention to the fact that Nadiya Kuliush’s new car, a BMW X5, is currently parked in the parking lot of the “Premium Residence” business-class residential complex in the village of Kryzhanivka, which is near Odessa. Since 2023, the mother of a cyber policeman owns a 100-meter apartment in this complex.
Literally: “This fact hints at the fictitiousness of the separation, so the journalists set out to check the lifestyle of the formally ex-wife of a policeman. It turned out that almost immediately after the divorce, ex-wife Kuliusha purchased a plot of land in the residential area “Black Sea Riviera” near Odesa.”
Details: As the journalists found out, this is one of the most expensive places in the region, where an acre costs an average of 500,000 hryvnias. The woman bought 16 acres, that is, the plot cost about 8 million hryvnias. Currently, active construction is underway here – a three-story estate with panoramic windows and large terraces is being built.
“At the same time, the ex-mother-in-law also purchased a non-residential property in Odesa, where the beauty salon of the ex-wife of the cyber police officer is now operating,” the investigation says.
According to sources of Bihus.Info, the family did not have sufficient income to purchase such real estate. In response to the journalists’ question, Kuliush himself replied that the real estate was purchased “with the funds received by the mother-in-law under the loan agreement in 2022.”
“It is interesting that right during the preparation of the journalistic material, a plot of land with an unfinished estate in the Black Sea Riviera was transferred from the ex-state to the company Vedmid Service. The company is registered in the Rivne region and belongs to Vadym Adamskyi, the brother of the former head of the cyber police department of the Rivne region Yuriy Adamskyi,” the article says.
It is noted that the families of Kuliush and Adamsky have close ties: the wives of both work in cosmetology, took courses in Odesa and follow each other on Instagram.
According to Bihus.Info, in addition, Anastasia Adamska, the wife of the former Rivne cyber police officer, provided Kuliush with her car, while Nadiya Kuliush received a salary from a company related to the Adamsky family. The cyber policeman himself, in response to the request, also confirmed that he is on friendly terms with Anastasia Adamska,” the investigation says.
“Taking this into account, as well as taking into account the fact that Bihus.Info has already reported on the fortunes and “divorce” of the head of the Cyber Police Department Yuriy Vykhodets and the assets of his deputies, it can be assumed that this rewriting of the land and the house could be an attempt to hide the real owners until the release of the next material,” the investigation says.
